Tokiwa Investment Inc. ("Tokiwa") is a financial futures firm incorporated in Japan. We are specialised in dealing in over-the-counter foreign exchange transactions and we operate under the regulation of the Financial Services Agency of Japan (the "FSA"). We specialise in providing trading services, facilities and systems to our customers to enable them, with easy access to the markets, to take positions in foreign exchange for risk management of exposures arising whether from international trades, or off-shore investments involving cross-currency risks, or transactions taken solely with the aim of making capital gains by assuming risks of foreign exchange fluctuations.

Worldwide Customer Service: We provide foreign exchange trading services to a wide spectrum of clients including institutional, corporate, private and general customers, in Japan and overseas. Our client service supporting team is multi-lingual and speaks fluent Japanese, English, Spanish, French and all main dialects in Chinese. Our client service supporting staff is ready to provide friendly and personal servicing support to you round the clock from Monday to Friday all year round.

Margin Facility: We provide margin facilities to you (as our customer) for transacting in our foreign exchange products with low margin requirements of down to around 1%; equivalent to 100:1 leverage, enabling you to capture market opportunities at the right time effectively when they arise, with an upfront payment of a small amount of capital (for more details, see Markets and Products).

Operations: Our operation team, operating with well-tested methods and communication technology, provides you with timely trade confirmations, account statements, position and margin reports to keep you updated and informed about the market prices, and the financial situation of your account. You may get access to such real time personal information about your account through the Customer Service Department (the "CSD"), which is a user-friendly software programme dedicated for this purpose and accessible to you alone by a process of logging-in to a secured internet server.

Trading System: Trading in foreign exchange contracts are all carried out through the E-trading System (the "TX-Tokiwa Forex"), an innovative and well-tested internet-based trading sysem easily accessible to the customer by logging in to the TX-Tokiwa Forex internet server with the Customer ID and Password (for more details, please refer to E-trade Demo or if you have already recieved your own personal Customer ID and Password, simply click this link E-trade System).

As a customer of Tokiwa, your financial assets (margin funds and other forms of collateral deposited with us) are protected under the laws of Japan. As we are a registered financial futures firm subject to the full supervision and regulation of the Financial Services Agency of Japan, exacting rules apply to us as to how your financial assets may be handled. Your financial assets are directly placed with licensed banks in segregated accounts and handled by us strictly according to the rules and provisions made under the Financial Futures Trading Laws of Japan.
